Digital Product Disclaimer & License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Scatter Brain Entertainment (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

    All digital products provided by the Company are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal purposes.

  2. No Resale or Redistribution
    You may not sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer the digital product, in whole or in part, to any third party. This includes uploading or sharing the product on any platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.

  3. No Commercial Use
    The digital product may not be used for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Selling or licensing the product or derivatives

  • Using the product in merchandise, advertising, or promotional materials

  • Incorporating the product into any product or service intended for sale

  1. No Modification for Distribution
    You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the digital product for the purpose of redistribution or resale.

  2. Ownership
    All rights, title, and ownership of the digital product remain with Scatter Brain Entertainment. This purchase does not transfer ownership, only the limited license described above.

  3. Violation of Terms
    Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the digital product constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in legal action.

  4. Acknowledgment
    By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
